Trip Booking / Payment & Cancellation Policy;
In regard to our terms and conditions, Booking the trip is just simple, you are required to fill up the booking form and submit it. There we shall quickly get in touch with you right or Contact us on our Telephone provided, for Chats to inquire and request quotation of your trip.
At Adventures To Gorilla Africa Ltd, we handle all our trip by using experienced local tour guides/ drivers who knows all our destinations, road maps and with first hand information about places intended to be visited. This makes all our clients comfortable while traveling as well as they enjoy the entire trip.

Our tours and Safari packages include accommodation on full board and with all en-route meals inclusive unless otherwise stated.
Booking a Trip
We highly advise, you read and understand the itinerary very well. For any person making booking should understand especially what is included and what is excluded in the package price before confirming the trip with us. Adventures To Gorilla Africa shall not be responsible for any service not included in the purchased itinerary after your confirmation.
Adventure Travel involves a lot of Dangers and risks, booking and confirming your trip is on understanding that you are coming on your holiday safari on your own risk. Adventures To Gorilla Africa Ltd purchases services on behalf of the clients such as Nature walks, Accommodation, restaurant, Boat ride, Gorilla Trekking, Chimpanzee tracking, Birding, transport Game drive and many more. All of these services are purchased from independent suppliers and organizations that are subjected to full control and have their own management, therefore Adventures To Gorilla Africa Ltd does not have responsibility and control over them. For that case, Adventures To Gorilla Africa Ltd is not liable for any loss of property, any injury, death, illness, or any danger that may occur while undertaking these adventurous activities due to any act or omission by these independent supplier companies.
Please check your healthy condition before you decide to participate in Africa Safari, all our clients should understand that some activities in the safari requires a maximum of good health and fitness. It is a requirement therefore when booking a safari or tour with Adventures To Gorilla Africa Ltd to arrange your personal insurance which must be valid and effective. In other words its advisable that a person not fit for long drive or long journeys not to participate in such travel programs. Again consider evacuation expenses, medical and property damage and or loss, you must have maximum care over your own life and properties while planning to travel on your holiday safari.
According to our terms and conditions of booking the trip, Adventures To Gorilla Africa will not be Liable for any acts of government, fire, act of nature, riots, terrorist acts, theft, epidemics, or any incident that are beyond its control.
Trip Confirmation Procedures
Confirming a trip or Safari with Adventures To Gorilla Africa Ltd, you must make advance payment deposit of a minimum of 45% of the total price of the tour. This will confirm that you accept to take a Tour with us and Adventures To Gorilla Africa will take the next step to purchase and book your Activities which are regarded highlights and are competitive in your itinerary such as Gorilla trekking permits and Chimpanzee tracking permit. These two activities determine the trip plan and must be booked first. The remaining balance of 55% must be paid before the trip begins or upon your arrival in Uganda or Rwanda. Depending on the time you confirm your trip, you may also be advised to make full payment or a half of the total invoice to enable our staff to quickly book accommodation and activities in case your booking comes in the month of which the trip will begin.
Most of the service we purchase for our clients are quoted in US Dollars, therefore we recommend you make payment in USA Dollars. this is either by Bank transfer from your Bank account to our USD account. A Second option is, you can make your payment online using your Visa Card, Master card, American Express through Pesapal or xpresspay. Request a payment link or on our website by clicking on the payment App. provided. By making payment to our account, we confirm that you agree to our terms and conditions.
After confirming your Safari or Tour with Adventures To Gorilla Africa Ltd, we do all our best to provide the holiday arrangements that have been confirmed, but we bring this to your notice that occasionally there are some changes which may occur during the course of your trip such as change in route, seasonal rainfall, change in bush tracks, migration of wildlife from one location to another and Change of lodges. Therefore Adventures To Gorilla Africa Ltd will not be liable for uncertainties which is unavoidable.
Lodges or hotel; In case we promise our client a lodge and in the process we realize its not able to accommodate our clients, we try to suggest to our client for another lodge of the same standard to that one promised in the itinerary.
In case the client intentionally refuses to do an activity included in the Itinerary, in regard to our terms and conditions, Adventures To Gorilla Africa therefore will not be liable for any refund for that case such as Gorilla trekking, Game drive, Nature walk, Boat ride and any other that may be booked in the itinerary.
Finally during the course of your holiday Safari booked with Adventures To Gorilla Africa, in case you have a cause to raise an issue, you must bring it to attention of your tour guide/driver to rectify it, than waiting to complain on return when the Safari is over.
We wouldn’t like cancelling the trip but on irregular basis, we have to accept and reserve the right to cancel a trip that is already booked. Should it happen for one reason or the other, we shall not be liable for any expenses and losses incurred as a result of cancellation.
Cancellation of the trip is only accepted when received and acknowledged in writing by Adventures To Gorilla Africa Ltd office.
The company is not liable to any refund if the tour participant doesn’t show up on a tour or either refuses intentionally to do an activity indicated on his or her tour itinerary as agreed and booked with the company.
The company is also not liable to refund any unused Gorilla permit once its booked, as a rule to the authorized companies in charge of issuing Gorilla permits say in Uganda and Rwanda. Gorilla & Chimpanzee trekking permits once booked are 100% non refundable!
For clients who may choose to cancel the already booked trip for some reason, cancellation of a trip two months prior the starting date, the company charges cancellation fees of 20% and refunds 80% of the amount of money paid.
One month prior the beginning of trip, 35% cancellation fees will be charged, and 65% of the money deposited will be refunded
Cancellation two weeks and less, your trip will be fully booked. therefore 100% cancellation fees will be charged on the deposited sum of money.
The company reserves the right to terminate the trip if the participant, possess to be threat to the government policies as well as conservation organization policies.
