The 7 Days Uganda Rwanda Safari Tour will start in Kampala Uganda and end in Kigali Rwanda. This trip brings you to the best view of Uganda’s primates with chances for other Savannah game animals. Right from Kibale forest home to our closest relative, the Chimpanzee to Savannah with tree climbing lions of Ishasha in Queen Elizabeth to the home of the worlds endangered Mammal species on earth the Mountain Gorillas. You will then end the trip by crossing over to Rwanda a land of a thousand hills where you will witness the historical Genocide by visiting the Kigali genocide Memorial.

Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Kampala
Upon Arrival at Entebbe International Airport, one of our experienced tour guide/driver will be there to welcome you and transfer you to Kampala for Overnight stay.

Day 2: Transfer to Kibale National Park and Nature walk to the Crater lake area.
After breakfast, you will depart Kampala for Kibale Forest National park passing via the Nakayima tree in Mubende and arriving in the afternoon. Kibale Forest is a large protected block of rainforest, which has the highest number of primates in Africa such as Chimpanzees, Grey Cheeked Mangabey, Red Tailed monkey and Red Colobus. In the afternoon, you may go for evening nature walk to the crater lakes region. Dinner and overnight,

Day 3: Chimpanzee tracking in the Morning & Afternoon Nature walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary.
This morning, you will go for chimp tracking. Spend the whole morning in the forest, where you will view chimps relax in their natural habitats. You will view other wildlife species like Birds and later return to the park headquarters. You will have lunch and later in the afternoon, you will go for nature walk in Bigodi wetland sanctuary where you will see variety of Monkeys and bird species including the localized Great blue Turaco. Return to your lodge for Diner and overnight stay at (Day 2).
Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park & Enjoy Boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel.
In the morning after a relaxed breakfast, you will transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park arriving early in good time to take an afternoon Boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel. The boat trip will reward you with best view of hippopotamus, crocodiles, buffaloes as well as variety of birds. After the boat cruise, you will go for evening game drive to see more of the wildlife. Later you will go to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Game Drive, and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
After an Early breakfast, you will set off for game drive in Kasenyi Plains where you search for game animals like Lions, Buffaloes, Uganda Kobs, Warthogs, Leopard Hyenas, birds among others. You will then set off to Bwindi National park passing via Ishasha in search of the famous tree-climbing lions. If you are lucky you will spot them hanging in fig trees and also view other wildlife species like antelopes. Continue and have picnic lunch en route, arriving in Bwindi in the afternoon for dinner and overnight,

Day 6: Mountain Gorilla tracking in Bwindi and Community walk in the afternoon
Early in the morning after breakfast, you will report at the Park office to attend the briefing about the Do’s and Don’ts of gorilla tracking. Expect walking long distance on a steep, muddy and slippery trail,sometimes with rain overhead while tracking gorillas. Meeting the gentle giants in Bwindi forest is perhaps one of the most exciting wildlife experiences on earth. Tracking may take 3-6 hours but this depends on the movement of the gorillas in their natural habitat. You will stay with gorillas for a maximum of one hour once you find them. On return from from gorilla tracking, you may go for community walk to meet the local people including the Batwa/ pygmies as you learn about their traditional way of living.
You will then return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay

Day 7: Transfer to Kigali, City tour and departure.
In the morning after relaxed breakfast, you will set off to Kigali Rwanda, arriving early in good time to do Kigali City tour where you will visit Kigali Genocide memorial, Capalaki craft Market time allowing Camp Kigali and other local markets.
You will thereafter be transferred to Kigali international Airport if it will be your scheduled flight time or be dropped to you Hotel.
