This adventurous 8 Days Coffee, Gorillas & Wildlife Safari will be starting in Kigali Rwanda’s capital and will end in Kampala or Entebbe Uganda. The safari will take you to the most exciting destinations that will offer you an amazing experience with culture, and wildlife adventures. These are Gisenyi in Lake Kivu, Volcanoes National Park Chimpanzee families, gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, Queen Elizabeth National Park and Ishasha Sector for the tree lions, and finally Kibale Forest chimps with the surrounding places.

Arrival and transfer to your Hotel for an overnight stay. The 8 Days Coffee, Gorillas & Wildlife Safari starts the next day.
DAY 1. Kigali City tour and transfer to Gisenyi
In the morning after your breakfast you set off with your private safari guide on the 8 Days Coffee, Gorillas & Wildlife Safari first touring Kigali city to visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial, Camp Kigali, Capalaki Craft Market, Nyamata Church and local markets. You will then have lunch and thereafter set head for a Scenic drive to the Northern Province up to Gisenyi in Rubavu on Lake Kivu, arriving early in the evening.
Dinner and overnight at PARADISE MARHIDE, LAKE KIVU SERENA HOTEL.
DAY 2. Coffee experience and transfer to Volcanoes National Park
In the Morning after breakfast, you will go for Coffee experience where you will enjoy the way how coffee is grown, harvested and finally to the consumer cup. You will learn more about the coffee processing. You will later return back, have lunch and thereafter set off to Volcanoes National Park, reaching in the evening.
Have Dinner and overnight stay at DAVINCI LODGE, MOUNTAIN GORILLA VIEW LODGE, FIVE VOLCANOES BOUTIQUE HOTEL.
DAY 3. Golden monkey tracking and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Day 3 of the Coffee, Gorillas & Wildlife Safari, wake up early, have your breakfast and assemble at the park headquarters ready for Golden monkey tracking. You will be taken through the briefing thereafter set of together with ranger guide and start you trek which takes between 2-3 hours. On return, you will transfer to Bwindi crossing over through Cyanika border to Uganda’s Bwindi Forest NP. Getting to our destination in the evening, have dinner and overnight stay at BAKIGA LODGE, GORILLA MIST CAMP.
DAY 4. Mountain Gorilla tracking in Bwindi NP and cultural walk
A relatively early morning start of the Coffee, Gorillas & Wildlife Safari 4th day, after breakfast, assemble at the Park headquarters for the briefing about the DO’S and DON’T’S about gorilla tracking. Then officially start you gorilla trekking adventure together with other team members lead by the ranger guide. Gorilla trekking takes few hours up to full day depending on the movement of the gorillas. Once you find them, you will be allowed a period of one hour with them as you take photos. Later you will return back to the lodge where you will rest for few minutes and thereafter take community walk to meet the local people including the pygmies, learn about their culture. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay at your previous night’s choice.
DAY 5. Transfer to queen Elizabeth National Park and Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise.
In the morning after your breakfast, you will set off to Queen Elizabeth National Park Passing through Ishasha sector which is famous for tree climbing lions. You will search for those tree climbing lions that are sometimes see clinging in between the branches of old fig trees. These lions relax in trees and do surveillance on their territory and possibly find the pray. You will proceed to Kazinga Channel in Mweya for Afternoon Boat cruise which will reward you with game as crocodiles, Schools of Hippopotamus and a lots of Bird species. On return from the boat you will do en-route game viewing as you head to the lodge where you will spend the night.
Dinner and overnight stay at ENGANZI LODGE, MWEYA SAFARI LODGE.
DAY 6. Early morning Game drive and transfer to Kibale National Park, Visit Crater lakes.
Early Morning after breakfast, you will set off for Game drive up to Kasenyi Plains to catch up with early risers before returning to their hiding places. Expected to encounter a variety of game as elephants, hyenas, Bushbucks, Uganda Kobs, lions, buffalos among others. Later you will transfer to Kibale National Park, a home to 13 primate species including Chimpanzees. Then go for Nature walk to the Crater Lakes.
Dinner and overnight at CHIMPANZEE GUEST HOUSE, PRIMATES LODGE.
DAY 7. Chimpanzee tracking and afternoon Nature walk in Bigodi wetland sanctuary.
After an early morning breakfast, the Coffee, Gorillas & Wildlife Safari continues with a drive to the park headquarters for briefing and later embark on chimpanzee tracking. The trek will expose you to other primates like Colobus Monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, the Grey Cheeked Mangabeys, Olive Baboons, and over 350 bird species. In the afternoon, you will go for nature walk to Bigodi wetland where you will see lots of bird species and other monkeys that you might have missed during the trekking. dinner and overnight stay at (DAY 6)
DAY 8. Transfer to Kampala or Entebbe and departure.
On the last day of the Coffee, Gorillas & Wildlife Safari, in the morning after your breakfast, set off for a scenic drive to Kampala, arriving early in good time to have lunch, do short tour around the city visit local craft market for last minute Shopping or go Visit Uganda wildlife Education Centre (UWEC) Optional and later you will be transferred to the airport if its your Entebbe scheduled flight time or you will be dropped to you hotel.
